The total capacity of the accommodation is 18 beds and two extra beds for children in lockable rooms - If more people are coming, it is possible to accommodate an additional 10 people on the second raised floor by the alcove, for an extra fee of 20 EUR/person/night. The price listed on Airbnb is for 18 beds + kitchen + bar and dining room. The premises are lockable and for your group only. The courtyard is shared with other tenants who have their own entrance in the other wing of the building and come to feed the animals (chickens, ducks, rabbits). Other things to note There is no elevator in the property, there is a small unfenced pond with fish in the yard.
