very clean and spaceful appartment in 83052 bruckmühl between munich and Rosenheim. The space on over 70qm incl. a beautiful big balcony you can make holiday in Bavaria. there are 2 sleeping rooms each with 2 beds & one Couch which you can make to a bed. everything what you Need for living is there ( dishes, Cups, pans, pots....and when you miss something, we can maybe take it from my appartment which is below this appartment. located in a quiete Family - neighbourhood. All you Need for dayly living you find by feet. Mountains, Munich, Kufstein, Tirol, Chiemsee ca. 30 minutes driving with car. circa 500 meter to the next station which goes directions Munich , Rosenheim, Kufstein. When you are in warm seasons here you can also book a classic car as "Taxi" when i have time to drive. When you have no car, i can help to drive you. Also i can give recommendations for trips. Bye Jana + Daniel Guest access Through the housedoor you go up to the first floor in the right door. there is the separated appartment which you can lock. you also can lock some doors inside the appartment. complete appartment like you see on the Pictures is yours incl. all what you Need for eating meal and drink, koffeemachine, water cooker, hair blower, bath tube and shower and 2 basins ( so it's perfect when more persons are in hurry to get them fixed), 4 full beds, 1 Couch which can be done to a bed, one Couch for watching tv, tv, 1 Baby bed, big wardrobe. Other things to note BREAKFAST!!:: a Breakfast ist not calculated into prices, thats why there are nearly only instant products and very ordinary. there is cofe, milk, cacao, Cornflakes, rolls for do-yourself-backing-up in about 15minutes and nearly always a bit fruits. You also do not Need to pay for that. But i am glad when there will be left a lil bit Money to buy again some breakfast stuff.
