Our cosy house is well -stocked with utilities and appliances, 3 out of the 5 rooms located on the 1st floor are overlooking the stunning 4500m² private grounds. Shops, pharmacy, ATM, bakeries, bar, riverside beach and cinema are within walking distance. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available as well as a gas BBQ. You only need to drop your suitcases and jump into the pool! The village of St Emilion, the UNESCO World Heritage Center and wine lovers paradise is at 40 min drive from the house.
