On the south side of the former barn building, we invite you to relax and unwind. The apartment is equipped for 3 people and features the following: - Separate entrance - Reserved parking space right outside the door - 11 kW wallbox for charging electric vehicles - Open-concept living and sleeping area on two levels - Air-conditioned living and sleeping area - Inviting balcony with a view of the countryside - Living area and bathroom with underfloor heating - Upper sleeping area with hardwood floors, a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), and a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) - Bathroom with shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and exterior window - Apartment size: approx. 40 m² Additional amenities: - 2 satellite TV sets (living area & sleeping area), radio with Bluetooth - Free Wi-Fi - Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, mini-oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, blender, and coffee maker. Other things to note Our farm is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by greenery and only about 6 km from the city center. The city center is just a few minutes away by car, but it’s also very easy to reach by bike. The nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away—buses to the city center run every 20 minutes during the day. Münster is an attractive university and administrative center in the heart of Westphalia, featuring excellent shopping destinations around the Prinzipalmarkt and cultural highlights such as the cathedral, churches, the LWL Museum and Picasso Museum, the Mühlenhof Open-Air Museum, City Hall (the Peace Hall, where the Peace of Westphalia was signed), theaters, the All-Weather Zoo, and much more.
