Our farm is located in the countryside and yet close to the city, near the idyllic river Werse. We cordially invite you to discover the beautiful Münsterland from here. The space Get an insight into our comfortably furnished apartment with individual charm. The apartment is located on a non-cultivated farm in the countryside. On the south side of the former barn building, we invite you to relax and unwind. The apartment is equipped for 3 people and has the following features: - Separate entrance - Reserved parking right outside the door - 11 KW wallbox for charging electric vehicles - Living and sleeping area open-plan on two levels - Inviting balcony overlooking the countryside - Living area and bathroom with underfloor heating - Upper sleeping area with parquet flooring, a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) - Bathroom with shower, toilet, towel radiator and exterior window - Apartment size approx. 40 m² Other amenities: - 2 satellite TVs (living area & sleeping area), radio incl. Bluetooth - Free WIFI - Kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, mini oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee maker. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, clothes rack - Highchair and travel bed if needed and much more Out of consideration for our guests, we ask that you not smoke in the apartment and not bring any pets. Other things to note Our farm is in a very quiet location, surrounded by greenery and only about 6 km from the city center. The center is a few minutes' drive away, but also very easy to reach by bike. The nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away - departures to the city center every 20 minutes during the day. Münster is an attractive university and administrative center in the heart of Westphalia with the best shopping addresses around the Prinzipalmarkt and cultural highlights such as the cathedral, churches, the LWL and Picasso museum, the open-air museum Mühlenhof, the town hall (Peace Hall, where the Westphalian peace was concluded), theaters, all-weather zoo and much more. As a medium-sized city with a modern flair, outdoor gastronomy, green spaces such as Lake Aasee, the promenade and as a well-known bicycle city, Münster has received the international award "Most Livable City in the World."
