This spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor of the newly built "Nautilus-Bay Suites" is designed for couples or families with up to 2 children and has a double bedroom and a large living room with a sofa bed and is modernly furnished and fully equipped. The spacious living and dining room also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 4 people. The view from the terrace goes over the garden and the old trees to the sea. The space The house was built and opened in 2023 and impresses with its architecture and the stone facade made from stones from the island. The house is located on a property set back from the street and is therefore very quiet. There are numerous apartments and guest houses in the neighborhood, and in front of the house there is a small, clean pebble beach about 70m away. The floor plans of the apartments are designed for families and are suitable for longer stays and all seasons with full kitchens and bathrooms, as well as air conditioning and heating. The modern furnishings placed great emphasis on design and quality; the beds are all made of solid oak or ash and equipped with high-quality mattresses. The sofa beds are also high quality and have suspension or slatted frames. The apartments are all facing the sea and you can see the sea from all terraces, although we placed great emphasis on preserving the ancient trees when building the house. The trees provide shade for guests and create a wonderful climate, especially in summer when it can get very hot here. Guest access There are several areas in our house that you can use as our guests. Laundry room: In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer. Here you will also find other things such as brooms, cleaning buckets, etc. Grill station: Behind the house in the parking lot there is a shared gas grill that you are welcome to use. Cleanliness and consideration for other guests are expected. Sunbathing areas in the garden: In the summer months there are some sun loungers in the garden in the shade of the pine trees where you can spend the day. Parking: There is enough space for all guests in the hotel's own parking lot.
