Ideally located on the Plaine du Boulonnais within an Elevage de Chevaux, 5 minutes from the A16 highway and 15 minutes from the beaches of Hardelot/Boulogne Sur Mer/Le Touquet/Wimereux/Wissant... you will appreciate my place for its comfort, quality bedding, equipped kitchen and this, in a quiet and green setting. ***POSSIBILITY OF A 2nd COTTAGE located 800 meters away offering a capacity of 8 people*** (Horsican accommodation on request) The space 110m² cottage totally renovated by us. Secure parking closed by a gate; ideal with children. South facing tiled terrace with table and chairs as well as WEBER brand charcoal BBQ with kindling fireplace. Entrance equipped with coat rack & mirror. The kitchen is equipped with: 4 gas stove, kettle, electric oven & coffee maker, full cooking set, wide fridge-freezer, toaster, juicer, microwave, dishwasher, raclette machine, rectangular oak table with 8 chairs. Living room with 1 leather corner sofa, 1 oak coffee table, 1 TV and DVD player, Orange set-top box with free WiFi. Cleaning kit as well as the ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack and cleaning products are in the hot water tank room in the bathroom. The bathroom includes a sink with drawer cabinet and mirror, 1 shower with 1 glass shower door, 1 washing machine, 1 clothes dryer & 2 carpets. The room on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed by Gamy (Gauthier) with 2 pillows, duvet & blanket, mattress protector, possibility of sheets (to be confirmed), 2 bedside tables and lamps, 1 psyche, 1 white leather chair and 1 dresser. The double room upstairs is equipped in the same way with in addition a water point and 1 carpet. The dormitory; as for it, is equipped with 4 single beds with chevets and lamps as well as 2 dressers (possibility of sheets to be confirmed). All the paintings in the cottage were done by our family; sculptor and painter at the same time! Our joinery is made of double glazed white PVC, swinging oscillo equipped with curtains & shutters for some (1 window with roller shutter and 1 window with curtains occulting in each room except the room on the ground floor: occulting curtain alone) ***POSSIBILITY OF A 2nd VACATION RENTAL LOCATED 800 meters (or a capacity of 16 people) ON request*** Guest access The cottage is located 5 minutes from the A16 highway (Isques exit), easily accessible from Brugges (Belgium) or England via the Port of Calais. It is at 388 Rue De Tinghen; 1st farmhouse on the right up the street. The parking is secured by a portal on either side of the accommodation (2 accesses possible). Other things to note Please contact us by phone 30 minutes prior to arrival so we can accommodate you. **Our friends dogs must be satisfied with the ground floor; no access to the floor** Maximum 2 dogs allowed. Upon your arrival, we will ask you for a deposit of 400€ which will be returned to you after having carried out the inventory.
