Located in a quiet residential area, it is only 400 to the ski lift and the village center The space This design apartment belongs to the apartment complex SUN Matrei and is located on a west-facing, sunny slope in Matrei in East Tyrol. From the terrace there is a magnificent view of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park. This apartment is ideal for relaxing in summer as well as in winter. Guest access For the guests of this design apartment, breakfast in the house or a bread roll service is also available on request. Each guest will have access to the stylish lounge with bar and roof terrace. A sauna is available on request. Other things to note We would like to point out that for every person of 15 years and older, a local tax of 2.60 euros per person per night is charged. This local tax is NOT included in the price and must be paid separately on site upon arrival. We then have to pass this local tax on to the East Tyrol Tourist Board.
