Semi-detached house from 2019 completely newly furnished with fitted kitchen, living area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Small garden in front of the bedroom, large roof terrace overlooking the Steinhuder Meer. In winter, a small ethanol fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. For e-bikes and e-scooters, there is a charging station in front of the house. Close to the bathing island and only about 15 minutes to the village. During the months of April to the end of October, two stand-up paddle boards can be rented. Guest access The semi-detached house is self-sufficient with its own small garden and terrace overlooking Lake Steinhude. The house entrance is separate.
