The space The bright apartment no. 2 in the Seminarhaus Punkt XII e.V. offers a well thought-out room concept with space for up to 11 people on around 112 m². Whether a seminar group, circle of friends or family – here you will find the right mix of retreat and community life in a natural environment. 🛏️ Sleeping options The apartment offers 5 bedrooms with a total of 10 beds – ideal for groups, families or seminar participants. These include all five bedrooms, the communal living and dining area with a small kitchen, the bathroom, the separate toilet and the balcony with seating. The extended attic, which can be reached via stairs in the large multi-bed room, is also fully available. Outside, the fire pit and the seats in the garden can be used freely – perfect for relaxing evenings in nature. In addition, there is an information area in the hallway with flyers and tips on the region. The professional catering kitchen of the seminar house as well as other rooms can be used by prior arrangement and on request, especially for seminars or group stays. Other things to note The seminar house is located in the charming quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly forest and meadow landscape. Via the nearby A3 you can easily reach the nearest major cities of Würzburg, Nuremberg and Bamberg in less than an hour. Within walking distance of the house, the Steigerwald begins, which invites you to hike, cycle and ride with its numerous paths. There is a stable with four horses on the premises.
