Lakefront Cottage on Spring Lake/Grand Haven

Enjoy your time away in this updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home on Smith’s Bayou of Spring Lake. With access to Grand Haven, Muskegon, and Holland by car or through the waterways of Lake Michigan, you have everything you need for a fun filled vacation! Our private lakefront home has all the amenities you could need for your stay. Please inquire and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule! Long term renters are welcome starting September. Note: dock is not available starting in October. The space We have everything you need to enjoy your vacation at our lakefront cottage. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with attached full bath. Second bedroom houses 2 sets of twin bum beds adjacent to a half bath. We provide bed linens as well and cleaning supplies. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There’s also an outdoor shower for lake living fun! Guests can enjoy swimming off the dock with a place to dock your boat. We have a water mat and some water floats to use for swimming enjoyment. For off season rentals, the dock area is removed starting in the fall. WiFi, internet and trash service also included in your short or long term stay. Pet policy is set as “no” but we will consider non-shedding, trained dogs, please inquire. No cats as we are very allergic and use the home in the summer months. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, dock and swimming areas as well as driveway for parking. Lots in this area are close and we ask guests respect neighbors.
