Description
A warm Moin. The cozy furnished half-timbered house with thatched roof is located in Hinzel, a well-known northern German forest with atmospheric moorland areas. It was built in 1857 and has been completely renovated and modernized and is completely available. The associated garden area, like the house, is part of the beautiful courtyard ensemble. The space The rustic house has two floors with wooden floors (a total of about 66 square meters of living space). On the ground floor you will find the Scandinavian furnished living and dining room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. Wood fire in the fireplace and heating provide warmth and coziness even in winter. In the converted roof there is the sleeping area, a cozy sofa corner with desk and storage space under the gable. The sofa in the living room can be comfortably used as an additional bed for one person and folded out for 2 people (90 or 180 cm wide). A space-saving staircase with 13 alternating steps and handrail leads to the converted attic. Around the house there is an area of the garden at your disposal. It offers you sunny and semi-shaded areas on both sides of the house, with sun loungers and seating area. The garden and the entire former courtyard, in which the owners also live, are prepared with attention to detail. The rest of the garden area is private property. The only animals living on the farm are cats. Guest access The detached vacation home is completely at your disposal with the associated garden area. Other things to note If you need a washing machine, please contact us. The mobile network can be unstable depending on the provider due to the tall trees, but the good vacation home Wi-Fi also allows you to make calls via the Internet.
