Spacious and luxurious villa with a fantastic sea view and a large swimming pool (shared with the villa next to it), overlooking the gulf of Koundouros.The guests can enjoy the awesome sunsets towards Cape Sounio and relax by the pool. It is fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 guests. The beds have comfortable quality mattresses and there is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. It is surrounded with small beaches and the nearest on is 80m from the front door. The space The villa is comprised of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests with comfort. The outdoor areas are large and well furnished. All the spaces are bathed in plenty of natural light, and the house is well ventilated with lots of windows. In the ground floor there is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, one bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, the outside private dining area with BBQ and the shared swimming pool. The Villa is accessible directly from the main road connecting Koundouros with the port of Kea. Other things to note The swimming pool is shared with the attached villa which is also available for rent.
