In the Peak District National Park, our converted barn offers 4 bedrooms (sofa bed for +2) and 2 shower rooms. Enjoy the hot tub from 8am-10pm, perfect for relaxing after exploring. Includes an hour of private daily use of our indoor pool and sauna. The 24/7 Games room guarantees endless entertainment. Walking trails are on your doorstep, and Bakewell is just a 5-minute drive away. Babies under 2 years old don’t count towards occupancy. No puppies; max 3 dogs under 25kg. The space Cokayne's at the Harthill Hall estate offers a delightful single-story experience. Step into the dining room, where you'll find access to a private terrace featuring a relaxing hot tub. The property boasts an open-beamed, chandelier-lit dining hall, creating a charming ambiance. The accommodation includes an open-plan kitchen / sitting room that offers stunning south-facing views. There are four bedrooms available, including a comfortable double bedroom, a twin bedded room, and a bunk bedded room with a 4' and 3'6" bed, ideal for accommodating up to three children, the king bedded room can also be set up as a twin upon request. Additionally, a small double sofa bed can be arranged in the dining room prior to your arrival. For your convenience, there are two shower rooms equipped with showers, sinks, and toilets. Outside, you'll find an enclosed walled terrace where you can enjoy the hot tub between 8am and 10pm. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to book a private one-hour session in the indoor pool and sauna, which can be done online via the provided link. Please note that bookings for the pool and sauna can only be made a maximum of 24 hours in advance. Other things to note Guests staying in Cokaynes at Harthill Hall can enjoy one hour of private use of the indoor pool and sauna each day. To secure your time slot, please book online using our booking system. You can book your session starting 24 hours in advance, but not before. The pool is only available for private sessions, so there are no communal or shared swim times.
