Backing onto the sensational gardens of Ballintubbert House, it is a country idyll. Centrally located in Ireland, it is in a great position to reach many cities & tourist attractions. A great hidden escape! The space Modern, yet old, The Old School House has both charm and comfort. The large open plan kitchen has a great space to cook in, a table that can easily dine 10 people, a wood burning stove with a cosy corner seat to lounge in, read or chat away. The sitting room has big sofas, a fireplace and a tv & DVD player. Both sofas can extend into beds should you need extra space. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, which suits for those who have difficulty in getting upstairs. There is also a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, 1 en suite, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom. Outside, there is a large patio space, an outdoor table and chairs and a pretty garden. This leads down a couple of steps to a playground, with swings, slides, climbing frame and see-saw. Guest access You will have access to the garden of the School House but must ask if you'd like to see around Ballintubbert House's gardens, which is usually no problem.
