It stands on a 6.000 sq.meters plot on a hill, only 3 km away from the port on Parikia. A car is definitely NECESSARY . Everything is close enough but definitely not in a walkable distance. The house enjoys access to a private terrace which offers drinking and dining with panoramic views to the Aegean Sea and the spacious outdoors. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and relaxation next to the big shared pool. All the areas of the complex, such as the barbeque area, the dining area by the pool etc, are accessible and free for common use. This house is built on three levels and consists of three bedrooms, two twin bathrooms, two living rooms and a full equipped kitchen. From the upper ground level entrance you enter to the living room, the kitchen and the first bathroom. The upper ground level has access to the terrace with a great view to the open sea and the swimming pool. The middle ground level has a bedroom with double bed and direct access onto the swimming pool area. It also has a second bathroom. The lower ground level has two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (combined as double or separate) and a second one with two built single beds. Τhe house is fully equipped.
