Southwest by South, Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub

Quiet safe neighborhood in the heart of the Verde Valley. National Park theme. Dog friendly (up to 30 lbs, can make exceptions), but see house rules for requirements. It is the lower level of my home and is a separate, private area with it's own entrance. My home is listed for a max of 2 adult guests. Very spacious inside and outside. 17 miles to Sedona, 11 Jerome 3 mile from Old Town Cottonwood. I do live here and take great care of my home. The space This is an owner occupied property. I live upstairs, but you will barely see us..you will hear normal early morning walking just as in a hotel. THE SPACE My dog Rooster uses the yard and loves to greet guests. Your dog will come into contact with my dog, Rooster. Friendly dogs only. The spacious unit is National Park themed with a little western flare. There is a hot tub (seasonal Sept-April), gazebo and huge patio for guests to use..I have a private entrance for you. The entrance is steps from parking. The mother-in-law apartment is a very spacious 800 square foot guest quarters. It is an open floor plan. There is one bedroom, with a partial wall to add privacy. The bathroom has a door, and a spacious shower. There is an attached Arizona Room with a neat-o antique pool table. This is a "garden basement", so there is natural light that comes through. The apartment flows out onto a huge patio, with outdoor seating and a hot tub. There is a separate, covered teak lounging area. You are more than welcome to use our shared hot tub and backyard, and often you might be accompanied by my dog, Rooster. Sometimes we are out working in the yard, but like to give guests privacy. Guest access Own parking next to private, secure entrance. Guest parking is on the same level as the space, so there are no stairs. Guest has private access to 800 square foot guest quarters. Access to shared, landscaped backyard, gazebo (gazebo top might be off in winter or inclement weather) with outoor dining. Hot tub is seasonal (Sept-April). Other things to note I have one extremely friendly dog that does come out to use the shared yard. We let him come and go as he pleases. Of you have an unfriendly dog, or if you absolutely don't like dogs, it might be best to find a different stay. Our check-in time and check-out times are not flexible. Hot tub is seasonal Sept-April. We find guests do not use it in the hot summer months. We can turn it on with notice at your request for a fee.. Community pool is just that. Check caption under pool photo for information. We are required to supply one roll of toilet paper, one towel each person, shampoo and body soap per Airbnb guidelines. We provide more than that, so if you have questions, let us know. TPT#21533645
