Home will be shared with home owner, pets and other guests. Lg sun deck and covered front porch provide ample outdoor living. Gardens and small pond for relaxing and wildlife enjoyment. Guest access Kitchen, bath and living room are shared with home owner. There is a washer & dryer you can use. There is an additional bedroom with a double bed that can be booked on the listing 'Rustic Retreat' or if it's available you can switch if it's more comfortable. There are additional sleeping arrangements available if needed. All guests are responsible for their own food and toiletries and to clean up after themselves. During your stay Roommates are always welcome to join activities in common areas or respectfully enjoy the home while others are at work or in their rooms.
