This is an older mobile home with add-ons. it is pretty spacious. I try to keep it as clean as possible. i think the price is reasonable considering the alternatives. normally people pack the house and break things so I'm constantly fixing. The space Private home in a quiet neighborhood close to Lake George. it is half a mile from the water. I can provide access to the water and a boat stall at no extra cost but this house is not directly on the water. houses on the water cost a bit more. this house was initially put together for fisherman to have a nice place to stay while exploring the lakes in the area. it is nice enough to bring the whole family. it is NOT luxury or the cost would be higher. it is simply a comfortable place to stay but has its imperfections. Other things to note Please clean up after yourselves. Do not eat or drink outside of the kitchen. Please wash your dishes and take your trash out. No food on the Sofa.
