This single-storey villa is spread over a plot of more than 2000 m2 and offers plenty of outdoor space for relaxing on the sun loungers, for children to play in the playground and for the whole group to enjoy the outdoor dining area by the charcoal barbecue. This beautiful villa sleeps up to 8 people in 3 carefully decorated bedrooms. All rooms are located on the first floor. Two bedrooms have double beds, while one has 2 single beds, plus a sofa bed for extra guests. Upon entering the villa you come to the spacious area with the fully equipped kitchen, living room (with fireplace) and dining area overlooking the beautiful terrace next to the pool. The terrace is the ideal place to have breakfast together or simply relax with a book and a glass of Istrian Malvazija. Enjoy central Istria and explore the beautiful, natural surroundings, the hamlets and spend a relaxing vacation at Villa Meadow!The beautiful Villa Meadow is located in the small village of Zupanici near Labin. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. If you like to stay active on vacation, you can also go cycling and jogging here. The old town of Labin is located on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place where you will find numerous ateliers and the ideal place to enjoy art with every step you take through the town. Rabac, a former fishing village, offers good beaches and restaurants. In the surroundings of Labin-Rabac you can enjoy tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, diving and various water sports and the first beach is only 10 km (in Rabac) from the villa.
