Large Self Catering House sleeping up to 30 people

The price quoted is for up to 11 ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 22 people in up to 19 beds, as standard. We can offer 3 additional double ensuite bedrooms at a pro rata increase in price per bedroom to accommodate up to 28 people in total, along with a sofa bed for additional guests (charges apply). There is no lift, and bathroom towels are not included (available at additional charge). Please see 'other details' section for more information. The space We have up to 14 ensuite bedrooms (showers, no baths). All bedrooms have TV, kettle, radio/alarm, as well as a super comfy bed, and top quality bedding. Please see the floor plan in the photos for full details. Guest access You have full access to the house apart from the Duty Managers bedroom (who won't be on site during your stay) and the basement, which is an office and store room. So that leaves you up to 14 ensuite bedrooms, a large living room, a conservatory lounge, a dining room seating 17 normally (24 at a push), and a large well equipped kitchen with 2 double ovens, 8 induction rings, ample fridge/freezer space, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. You also have use of the garden (up until 9pm, as we have neighbours) with its various seating areas. Other things to note There are 9 double/king bedrooms, 4 twins and 1 suite (with double sofabed usable at additional charge) - 3 of the kings and the suite can be split into twins (on request). We have two ground floor twin rooms capable of accommodating wheelchair users. There are 5 bedrooms on the ground floor, 6 on the first floor and 3 on the second floor. Please see the floor plan in the photos. Please note that our prices don't include bathroom towels. These can be provided for £6 per set to cover laundry costs. We use feather duvets and pillows as standard. We have a limited number of non feather duvets available, which can be switched to upon prior request. Please let us know your requirements in this regard. Lattice Lodge is also run on a room hire basis (see other listings for individual rooms), but this listing is for the hire of the whole house for your exclusive use. We don't provide an actual BBQ, but do have a table in the garden where disposable ones can be used.
