Historic locksmith's house in the center of Lam The space The historic craftsman house with 100 square meters has been completely renovated and is ideally suited for up to six people. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and TV, a bathroom with shower and toilet and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. In the room next door you will find space at a cozy dining area. The attic with cottage character is an open-plan living and sleeping area. There is a French double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and two single beds. In the living area there is a small kitchenette, a cozy sitting area, beanbags and a large TV. You can spend particularly relaxing minutes on the infrared rocking chairs. There is also another bathroom with shower and toilet in the attic. The spacious, approx. 16 sqm terrace invites you to linger. Next to the terrace is the "midwife garden" - a small herb-themed garden. Towels and linens are provided. WiFi can be used free of charge. Children are welcome from the age of 11. In the lockable storage room under the terrace you can store bicycles or skis. The car can be parked free of charge in the parking garage 150 m away. Right in front of the house is the bus stop. With the Guti guest card you can reach your excursion destinations by bus free of charge, conveniently and environmentally friendly. Daily free admission to the Lamer Osserbad.
