My home is in a village location . Very quiet. The nearest shop is the co op and a local shop for last minute things . There is a bus service but negotiable on me picking you up and taking you into town . I am closer to Stamford , however not much of a distance to Grantham. The room is a single room and can discuss food etc / meals, with an additional cost . The space I live in the property so I am at hand however privacy for both is expected . Guest access The room you have been allocated and bathroom. Anything else can be discussed. For example if you need the use of the kitchen and if the weather is nice, to sit out in the garden. During your stay I am in the property. I am available however, minimal for privacy. Other things to note Rules ! cleanliness. As the bathroom is shared with me, I would expect it to be left as found.
