Pretty village house with very nice view over Symi harbour from large terraces.

Traditional village house, completely renovated, in a quiet area, a few minutes from the center, with a very nice view over Symi from its two large terraces, and its small green garden. It is airy, and the bedrooms are air-conditionned. The first floor of this 105m2 house consists of a large living-room opening on a 25m2 terrace under a trellis, a dining-area with chimney, a big kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor, the mezzanine-bedroom has a large double bed; the second bedroom has deck-beds, a double bed and a possible baby bed; and there is a wc. A second terrace is on the roof. The house is comfortable, and is perfect for a family of four, though it can accomodate up to six persons. Linen and towels are provided, and the house cleaning is done twice a week. The kitchen is fully eqipped including refridgerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dish washer.. The bathroom has a shower cabin, and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are air-conditionned.
