The huge balcony invites you to wander over the wide landscape and the Baltic Sea with over 10 people. The attic is cleverly divided into a spacious main apartment and a closed adjoining apartment. Both areas are rented together and offer plenty of space for families, friends or groups who value style, comfort and flexibility. Outside, you can enjoy breathtaking landscapes as far as the eye can see – from flowering rapeseed fields to the coast of the Orther Reede to the lighthouse of Flügge and the nature reserve Krummsteert-Sulsdorfer Wiek. Inside you will find a pearl of familiar charm and modern home decor: a harmonious mix of antique furniture and design classics. The furnishings combine: Scandinavian design highlights (Cado, Finn Juhl, Wegner, PP Møbler, Piet Hein, Bruno Mathsson) Modern elements by Normann Copenhagen, Habitat, Manufactum, IKEA Antique furniture from the Gründerzeit, Art Nouveau and the Golden Twenties The floor was generously expanded with a lot of love for detail, including the old roof beams. Bright white country house floorboards and an open interior design based on the Scandinavian model create an elegant but at the same time cozy ambience. In addition, there is a key safe at your disposal so that you can flexibly deposit a key at any time – ideal if your group is traveling separately. Check-in is always in person: one of our employees will greet you on site, give you the keys and explain the most important details about the apartment and the use of the rooms. So you can start your stay relaxed and well informed. The exceptionally spacious attic apartment With a total of about 340 m² of living space, this loft offers you a unique sense of space and plenty of room for families, friends or groups who value comfort, freedom and stylish ambience. Access to the main apartment is conveniently via a wide external staircase. On the first level are: The stylish bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, bidet and large, walk-in shower The spacious kitchen-living room with access to the east balcony Three cozy bedrooms Two other sleeping areas can be reached via separate stairs on the open galleries: The first gallery bedroom (double bed) via a straight, white beech wood staircase behind a charming gallery parapet The second gallery room with bunk bed and cot (up to 12 years old) via an elaborate, spiral contoured staircase made of antique cast iron The separate adjoining apartment, which is accessible via a small intermediate corridor, provides additional comfort. Sufficient blankets and pillows are of course available. On request, a laundry service can be arranged on site, which is coordinated by our caretaker. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for this external service. We use the German standard sizes for blankets and pillows: Duvets: 135 x 200 cm Pillows: 80 x 80 cm The duvets and pillows are filled with down and feathers. Special allergy blankets are unfortunately not available. Additional travel beds can be provided on request. A standard high chair (IKEA) is also available. Final cleaning Please note that a flat rate will be charged for the final cleaning of the area of over 350 m². We would like to support our cleaning team and therefore kindly ask you to leave the loft in a tidy condition: Please remove coarse dirt yourself during your stay (vacuum cleaner, cleaning agents and cleaning utensils are provided). For longer stays, you can book interim cleaning via our external cleaning company on request. Please do not leave food in the house. Empty the dishwashers and do not place dirty dishes in the cupboards. Please dispose of the garbage before your departure. Tourist tax Tourist tax is not included in the rental price. Please register for this via the Fehmarn Tourism Service app (WELCMpass app, available in the App Store) and pay the fee directly in the app. For questions about the visitor's tax or activities on Fehmarn, the offices of the tourism service are available: Burg auf Fehmarn, Bahnhofstrasse 30, 23769 Fehmarn To the beach promenade 4, 23769 Fehmarn Important information Here you rent the attic with an area of over 330 m². The ground floor can also be rented on this portal, which almost doubles the living space and capacity. Both areas can either be fully integrated or used independently via separate entrances. Please be respectful of possible guests on the ground floor and comply with the house rules and the volume rules. Additional information A basic supply of toilet paper is provided. For longer stays or increased needs, we ask you to provide for replenishment yourself. Guests must bring their own soap and shampoo.
