The space Layout Villa Milli was recently renovated and it can accommodate 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. The property is divided in three levels and covers 150 m2 in total, having a layout that well serves families, couples and friends. Ground Floor The ground floor of the Villa is independent, offering privacy among your group, and has its own entrance door next to the pool. It features a living area with a sofa and 32’’ TV with Netflix, DVD player, and a well equipped kitchenette with everything that you might need to prepare your morning coffee and breakfast, as well a small fridge and dining table. Moreover, two bedrooms are available, one of which offers a double bed, while the other one boasts two single beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, 15 sq. m. each and are equipped with closet, dressing table and offer direct outdoor access to the garden. Finally, a family bathroom with shower cabin is available at this level. First Floor From an outdoor ladder you will reach the first floor of Villa Milli, where you will find an open plan living room area with a large corner sofa, satellite 50’’ HDTV, Bluetooth speaker and DVD player, offering access to a spacious balcony, equipped with a dining table, where you can relax, have your breakfast and enjoy the amazing views of the sea and the nearby gorge! Next to the sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for the preparation of your meals, also providing balcony access, as well as an indoor dinning table for 8. Second Floor The stairs from the living room, will lead you to the second floor, where the remaining two bedrooms are situated, both opening to a balcony equipped with patio furniture, enjoying panoramic views of the surrounding area and the lush, local flora below. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, 14 sq. m. each, equipped with double beds and closets. Also, an additional family bathroom with shower cabin is available at this floor. Outdoor Area Last but not least, what you will love more about Villa Milli is the outdoor spaces, reconnecting you with nature and help you regain this lost feeling of being one with the surrounding landscape. The area covers 1.000 sq. m. And it offers several facilities, which include: - A 40 m2, private swimming pool, 1,20m deep.
