Newly-built and brightly decorated cottage of 30 m2 completed in spring 2021. Seaside location with partial lake view of Sjuhalla, 1.5 km outside Nättraby in Karlskrona's beautiful archipelago. Open-plan with kitchen and living room. Fold-out kitchen table to save space if needed. The living room has a TV and sofa bed for two persons. Spacious bathroom with shower. Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. Sleeping loft with double bed. Furnished terrace with partial sea view and barbecue. The space Separate part of the host couple's garden enclosed with fence and hedge, with its own private part of the garden down towards the road. Private entrance to the cottage garden via the parking lot. The kitchen is equipped with stove, glass stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and toaster. Parking in shared parking. Bed linens and towels are included. 250 meters to shallow and child-friendly beach, with small playground and barbecue area. Boat dock with berth available. Launching ramp is in Nättraby. Nearby is also Skärva Nature Reserve with a beautiful environment and nice hiking trails. From the cottage, it is 1 km to Sjuhalla Brygga for boarding and disembarking with M/F Axel that goes into Karlskrona city center. For timetable, see the Affärsverken website. One of Sweden's best pike fishing is also in the bay outside. From Sjuhalla it is 1.5 km to Nättraby, where there is Konsum, ICA as well as 2 pizzerias and a small cafe. You can also choose to board the M/F Axel at Nättraby Church. Buses also depart from Nättraby church into Karlskrona city center. Karlskrona 12 km. Ronneby 19 km.
