Unique cottage by the water 45 mins from Oslo

The home is 45 min drive from Oslo all the way down by Harestuavannet. The house is a former artist's residence built in 1893. The place is not modern in any way but is an old lazy house full of charm, and with a particularly idyllic location by the water. This is a perfect place if you want a quiet holiday in a rural setting. The space There are 8 bed spaces IN the house. 1 km to shop/ pharmacy 1.7 km to train station (Gøvikbanen that goes to Oslo 40 min) 1, 5 km to sandy beach with great swimming opportunities. If you are allergic to dogs, the place is not suitable for you as there are three nice bird dogs living in the space. Otherwise, it is located all the way north on the border of the North Marke, with great hiking and fishing opportunities. Boat can be borrowed on site if desired. We have 1 rowboat, 1 kayak and 1 canoe. Haresuavannet is over 4 km long and is a great paddle and fishing water.
