The space You will have access on the ground floor: - A kitchen equipped with: microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, raclette and fondue sets - A living room convertible into a room with double sofa bed + TV - A toilet - Laundry room with: washing machine, iron + ironing board - Access to a semi covered inner courtyard including a garden furniture + relaxation lounge + a shelter for bicycles and motorcycles. Upstairs : - A bathroom including a bathtub with shower column, towel dryer and hair dryer - A toilet - A little office with an extra bed one place - One bedroom with bed 140 x 190 + TV. Guest access Parking is prohibited on the street along the entrance to the house. Free public parking less than 100 meters away. Other things to note A set of bed linen and a set of towels are included in the price. Extra set of bed linen: 10€ The extra set of bathroom linen €8 The price includes the cleaning fee. The premises are clean at the beginning of each stay, thank you for making them clean at the end of the stay.
