The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway. The space The cottage is an ideal place for business trips, airport stopovers, or for short breaks and holidays where it is an ideal place to stay for exploring the local area. Guests can self check in to the cottage which also benefits from its own private garden. With full use of the cottage and one bedroom, guests will find everything they need to enjoy their time in Ardingly. Guests will have full use of the kitchen appliances including the washing machine. The bathroom has a bath and over bath power shower. The lounge and dining area can be used and there is an open fire which can be lit if needed. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is also a toddler bed/cot for those staying with a small child. Guest access Guests have use of one bedroom and can make themselves at home in the rest of the cottage. The garden can be used to relax in during the summer months. Other things to note Guests have access to the garden and are able to use the outside table and chairs in the summer months. For those travelling with a baby there is a travel cot which can be requested. The cottage is a non smoking property however guests can smoke outside if they need to.
