Rooftop apartment - close to the lake

Modernly furnished attic apartment with large quiet roof terrace. 300 m from the lake. Located in the Southern Eifel Nature Park, it is the perfect starting point for long hikes and bike rides. Families with children will find many worthwhile excursion destinations in the area. Large, well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Laptop/home office workspace available. This apartment is free of animal hair, so suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers. The space The rooms are very high and bright, large windows flood the apartment with plenty of light. Blackout blinds and curtains ensure a long night's sleep. Satellite TV, game collection and various books for all ages make for a while during the family vacation. A separate bedroom with either 2 single or a double bed, sofa bed and a desk. In the living room there is a separate sleeping area with a double bed. On arrival the beds are made up - just take off the bedspreads. The large kitchen with adjoining large roof terrace offers plenty of space for family time, relaxation or working on a PC. The large couch offers plenty of space for chilling and family cuddling, it can also be converted into a bed. Coffee powder, filters, different teas are ready upon arrival. Milk is also located in the fridge. If they prefer lactose-free or plant-based milk, a short message is enough in advance. A well-equipped kitchenette is available for self-cooking. In addition to all kinds of cooking and baking utensils, there is an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, as well as coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hand blender in the kitchen. Sugar, salt, a few spices, vinegar and oil, as well as "Zewas", dish soap, dish rags and tea towels are available as basic equipment. The bathroom has a bathtub, which can be used for showers; towels, bath towels and hand soap are provided. For our very little guests: Travel cot, high chair, changing mat, bottle warmer and children's dishes available, short message in advance is sufficient if needed. Guest access At the entrance to the building is the lockbox for quick check-in. The staircase leads to the apartment on the 2nd floor. Other things to note Dog or cat hair allergy? This apartment is free of any animal hair. However, we use down duvets and pillows.
