Rooftop apartment - close to the lake

Modernly furnished top-floor apartment with large quiet roof terrace. 300 m from the lake. Located in the Südeifel Nature Park, it is the perfect starting point for extensive hikes and bike tours. Families with children will find many worthwhile destinations in the surrounding area. Large, well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Workstation for laptops/home office available. This apartment is free of animal hair, so it is suitable for animal hair allergy sufferers. The space The rooms are very high and bright, large windows flood the apartment with plenty of light. Blackout blinds and curtains guarantee a long relaxing sleep. Satellite TV, game collection and various books for all ages ensure entertainment during the family vacation. A separate bedroom with either 2 single beds or a double bed, sofa bed and a desk. In the living room there is a separate sleeping area with a double bed. On arrival the beds are made up - just remove the bedspreads. The large kitchen with adjoining large roof terrace offers plenty of space for family time, relaxation or working on the PC. The large couch offers plenty of space to chill and cuddle with the family. It can also be converted into a bed. Coffee powder, filters, various teas are already available on arrival. There is also milk in the refrigerator. If you prefer lactose-free or vegetable milk, a short message in advance is sufficient. A well-equipped kitchenette is available for self-catering. In addition to all kinds of cooking and baking utensils, there is an oven, stove, microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and hand mixer in the kitchen. Sugar, salt, a few spices, vinegar and oil, as well as "Zewas", dishwashing liquid, dishcloths and dish towels are available as basic equipment. The bathroom has a bathtub that can be used for showering; hand and bath towels, as well as hand soap are provided. For our very young guests: Travel cots, high chairs, changing mats, bottle warmers and children's dishes are available. A short message in advance is sufficient if necessary. Guest access At the entrance to the building is the key box for quick check-in. Via the staircase, guests reach the apartment on the 2nd floor. Other things to note Dog or cat hair allergy? This apartment is free of any animal hair. However, we use down duvets and pillows.
