Cozy Barrington Home with a Private Pool

Feel at home in family-friendly Barrington! It is located just 15 mins. away from Providence. Charming, cozy, country-like 3-bedroom house settled next to a small pond that is surrounded by trees. You can sit on a swing and watch nature perform on its own. The space This charming ranch house is cozy with a country-like feel. It has 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 trundle day bed (2 twin beds ). It has a basement with different kinds of musical instruments and a sun room that will lead you to the back yard and the pool. Though built in the 50's, this house has the amenities of the 21st century --a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, cable, internet, linens, towels and utensils for 5-6. Guests have access to outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill, in-ground outdoor pool (summer time only), swing and patio furniture. Pool is only for guest and is not shared. No smoking inside the house. No pets please. Please be considerate of our neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum after 9 p.m. Guest access Guests have access to the full house except for designated areas for storage (part of the basement and garage). Outdoor pool and picnic area is open for guests but for private enjoyment only. Keyless entry and codes will be provided upon check in. Other things to note If you want to go to the beach, we have beach chairs and umbrellas that you can use. Public town beaches are available. Barrington's local town beach is open for non-residents. During the summer months, non-residents can park their car in the beach area before 8a.m. or after 5p.m. i suggest that you bring your own beach towels during the summer season. Supermarket is just 2 miles away. A lot of good local restaurants. During the summer nights, bugs are attracted to light and mosquitoes are attracted to humans. There are tiki torches (bug repellent) that you can lit as well as a fire pit to use (lots of log). If you are like some of us where mosquitoes are easily attracted, I suggest that you bring along a bug spray . The house is near a bike path. Great way to enjoy nature as you pass through conservation lands surrounded by trees on one side and views of the water on the other side.
