Cozy Retreat/Sunman/Batesville/Greensburg

We are in the country where it is quiet and away from the noise of the city. This space is great for those who work nights and sleep days as the shutters can keep the light out. It's 35 minutes to Creation museum, 30 minutes to ski slopes, Rushville, Greensburg and Cincinnati, and 10 minutes to Batesville. 1.25 hrs. from Indianapolis. Unfortunately we don't allow children. The space This is one of the original farm houses in this area. It is well maintained and beautifully redecorated from top to bottom. The extra large room is up 1 flight of stairs, with a queen bed, and another large bedroom with a twin bed off that bedroom. There's a TV and a dresser along with a little closet space. This room is great for those who want to sleep during the day. It has shutters that close to block any light. The two spaces are rented together and is approximately 750 sq. feet. This is our home and we're both artists, so don't be surprised if you see a mess in progress. Our dog Layla is sweet but she's not understanding the whole guest thing yet. She'll bark at you even if you were friends the night before, don't expect that thought, not many have made friends with her. She's a rescue so we're not sure what she's been through. Guest access Park on the left at the top of the driveway where it says, "guest lot". Walk towards the pool and enter the back door. This is where you take your shoes off. Go down the hall and up the stairs. The bathroom is right there. The bedroom is at the end of the hall on the left. Guests have access to the kitchen and feel free to cook. We have 2 Airbnb rooms, so if the other room is booked the bathroom would be shared. You're welcome to work in the office as well for better Wifi. There's plenty of room to roam around outside if you feel the need to be with nature. Feel free to check out the greenhouse in Layla's playground During your stay Annie is retired so she is available most of the time if you need anything. Other things to note Our dog Layla does not shed, is hypo allergenic and quiet. Although our 2 cats are not.
