Cozy Retreat/Sunman/Batesville/Greensburg

We are in the country where it is quiet and away from the noise of the city. Look out the window and see our horse. Enjoy a swim in the pool for a fee of $5.00 per person per day. We accommodate up to 5 ppl, with a queen air mattress. You would need to book the Country Retreat if you're 6-7 people. It's 35 minutes to Creation museum, 30 minutes to ski slopes, 30 minutes Cincinnati, 10 Batesville, 30 to Rushville/Geensburg and 1.25 hrs. from Indianapolis. Unfortunately we don't allow children The space This is one of the original farm houses in this area. It is well maintained and beautifully redecorated from top to bottom. The extra large room is up 1 flight of stairs, with a queen bed, and another large bedroom with a twin bed off that bedroom. There's a TV and a dresser along with a little closet space. This room is great for those who want to sleep during the day. It has shutters that close to block any light. The two spaces are rented together and is approximately 750 sq. feet. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen and feel free to cook. We have 2 Airbnb rooms, so if the other room is booked the bathroom would be shared. You're welcome to work in the office as well for better Wifi. We have a pool and Polaris ranger rides for a 3xtra fee due to our already low rates During your stay Annie works in house so she is available most of the time if you need anything. For our extended stayers, we may invite you to family dinners and outings, feel free to decline if you want, we won't take it personally. Other things to note Our dog does not shed, is hypo allergenic and quiet. Although our cat is not.
