Enjoy West Point Lake, bring your own boat the covered dock has power & water w/additional spots to throw up a tent to camp, clean your fish, then cook them up to eat!. The house is a humble sweet space to relax. Use the outdoor kitchen under the pavilion while you enjoy a fire in the pit. Enjoy the downstairs bar play a game of pool, darts or just hang out. Plenty of room for families to visit & enjoy their time together. It is our little piece of heaven that we enjoy with our family. The space The layout of this house gives guests plenty of room to have space to spread out. You can watch TV in different areas of the house. If you want to visit and just have conversations the den area specifically does not have a TV so that people can enjoy conversation . The kitchen is small but very functional. Dishes are provided along with all the pots and pans you need. The outdoor pavilion is where we enjoy cooking! I use the kitchen to make sides. Bedroom 1 has a TV for those that are TV watchers at bedtime. Bedroom 2 does not have a TV for those non TV watchers at bedtime. The property has basic Direct TV and of course we have Roku for those that watch Netflix or other channels. It is very quite here at this location it's nestled in the woods and yes you will see wildlife! Guest access This property has 3 bedrooms. Any areas that belong to the owners that is not for use is marked "Owner" Other things to note Outside dock, path, and pavillion lighting must be turned on and off manually from inside the house. Lights must be turned off at night when not in use.
