Also we provide rental boats and boat trips with skipper,in special price for our guests, in case you want to explore the area of the gulf of Myrtos , the famous Fteri beach and many other places , access only by boat. The space The Sunny Villa Maisonette , is located near to the beach of Agia Kiriaki, beside of Myrtos bay. On the 1 st and 2 nd floor[Maisonette] , it has a living room with comfortable seating area, Plasma TV & wireless internet connection. Seven [7] amazing balconies with outdoor sitting area, gives you an extra 120 sm area !!. At the main bedroom on the first step, guests have beside at the terrace the hot tube-spa in case they want to enjoy . Also, at the same step, there are a fully equipped kitchen prepairing your own meals, with a dining area and a single bedroom . The second step , where is the living room its the second bath inside and it is comfortably furnished ,with a big double bed, a flat panel tv, safe box etc. Over there , are three more balconies for relaxing , reading and a special place to enjoy staying under the sun . Both of the two bedrooms at 1 st step have their own private balconies with sea and mountain view. Guest access The Sunny Villa is very quiet, very private and offers superb views of the sea and the mountains. With about 110sq meters on two levels and seven amazing balconies plus 120 sm. As you step inside, you find yourself into a relax comfortably furnished area, contains everything for your needs for long time staying. Other things to note Please report any breakages. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please put your rubbish properly tied up into the green and blue collection bins outside the flat . Please also avoid caring sand of the sea up the apartment. There is an outside sawyer to take it out yourself . Please respect our neighbors and make sure you enjoy your stay!
