Cabin includes: * Lake access * Fishing -due to HOA strick rules, fees and fines they hand out, fishing of guests in our subdivisionwill not be aproved. We recommend nearby public lakes: West Lake, Dowdy Lake, Parvin Lake, and Lake Bellaire. *Boating, including (kayak, canoe, john-boat) are allowed on the lake. No gas motor boats allowed. Boat cannot have any gas options and be on the lake. (boats not provided). *No ATV's allowed on subdivision roads unless they are property owners licensed/registered with HOA. Fines are given for unauthorized ATV's * Hiking trails * Full kitchen - glass top range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee pot, and more. * Bed linens, towels, washcloths, hooks in each bedroom to hang towels to dry * Internet access / Wi-fi 32 mb * 42" TV with DVD player * smart tv * Board games for children and adults * Gas grill * picnic table and bar height table and chairs * Very clean
