Black Squirrel Barn luxury converted barn for two!

Guests will be the sole occupants of this split level ground floor barn. It has a large lounge looking out to the private patio, gazebo and garden. The spacious bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. There is a large fully equipped kitchen/diner and a full bathroom off the hallway. Underfloor heating throughout. The barn is available during weekdays and by request to include weekends. A SMALL/MEDIUM DOG MAY BE CONSIDERED BY REQUEST BEFORE BOOKING (£20 per week) The space You will sleep on new King size (150cm wide) bed and we can provide a cot and linen if you have a baby. This lovely barn has a hall way for all your coats and shoes and a split level lounge area with a large wall mounted Smart TV. The whole ground floor of the barn has underfloor heating so will be lovely and cosy in Winter. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom and the many of the sockets have USB points for easy charging. The spacious fully equipped kitchen/ breakfast room comes with a smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine etc. There is a full bathroom with bath and shower above on the ground floor. There is a pagoda with a table for 2/4 for your use and a patio with a table and plenty of seating (during the summer months). We can also provide loungers and towels. You are welcome in our garden and we have a tennis court which you can use and we can provide rackets and balls. There are many places to explore nearby and we are only 35 mins from Cambridge and St Albans. Its possible to walk into Letchworth Garden City in 30 mins and also a little further to Hitchin where you will find lots of restaurants and pubs. We will provide a basic breakfast pack for your first night/morning. Please let us know any dietary needs. There are food basics available too such as tea, ground coffee, sugar, oil etc We also have a Type 2 charger for electric cars (chargeable) and plenty of safe parking. Cleaning, linen and towel change will be provided weekly but you will have the opportunity to have extra chargable cleaning if desired. Children welcome but you must be aware that the barn is split level with steps. We look forward to welcoming you to Black Squirrel Barn.
