Rental unit in Needingworth

Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. There are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is a cosy apartment which includes a living room with kitchenette (microwave cooking only), a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room with walk-in shower. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete! The space The Annexe has is free Full fibre WiFi. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided as well as toiletries, towels, games and books. A continental breakfast is available on request at a cost of £7.50 per head, with 24 hours notice please. The TV has mainstream channels and also Roku guest access for streaming Netflix and other apps. Guests can log in for the time of their stay and use their own accounts to access their usual streaming services. At the end of their stay they are automatically logged out and all of their log in details are erased. Manual log out is also available for those who prefer it. The king-sized bed has a comfortable Emma mattress and the shower is a large walk-in shower with adjustable shower head. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have a comfortable stay! Guest access Guests are able to access The Annexe from a separate door at the side of the house. There is one parking space on the driveway, reserved for Annexe guests. Although attached to the main house, the Annexe does not share any facilities with the house as it has its own lounge and kitchenette in addition to the bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note I try hard to minimise the carbon footprint of hosting and have put a number of initiatives in place.
