Super cozy house, with central fireplace and living room in two environments, 6 bedrooms, sunny, well ventilated and overlooking the mountains. It has a great structure for leisure, with a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue area, game room and lawn with a volleyball net. All this with a lot of privacy and security. The space The site offers, in addition to the swimming pool with children's slide and the sauna with kitchen, bathroom and barbecue, a small grass plateau for playing, a children's swing and a recreation room with a foosball table and ping pong Children will have complete freedom in a totally private and walled area with plenty of space in the garden to run and play. Guest access The whole area is private for guests. A private club! Other things to note The property is entirely private. All 9,000 m² are surrounded by stone walls up to 3.5 meters high, offering total comfort, privacy and security. The Posse region is totally quiet and safe; we have no records of any incidents. We provide dishes, kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens except pool towels. We do not allow parties on the property. The limit of visitors is the total number of guests contracted in the reservation. We do not allow any kind of animals, even small ones or puppies. The hiring of the cook/housekeeper services is mandatory R$ 150.00 per day and will be provided for 8 hours/day, ending by 6 p.m. The amount must be paid by the check-in date. The gas for the sauna is supplied in 1 tank, which lasts 4 days or more when used with control. Average cylinder price R$ 80.00. If you need another one, you must pay the gas distribution company directly upon delivery. For groups of more than 8 people, it is necessary to hire a kitchen assistant/housekeeper to assist the cook/maids. R$ 150.00/day. We provide a basket of firewood a day. Additional baskets must be contracted.
