Nestled among the trees, across the road from the Tearoom & Art Gallery & Sculpture Walk. Limetree Cottage is just 300m from the white sands of Calgary Beach. Limetree is an ideal family space, with plenty of room for everyone to relax in,with a large open plan Kitchen dining living space . Views of the sea can be seen from the garden & upstairs windows. Large garden to the front of the house. Please note across the road there is a house being built which impacts the view from the cottage. The space A light and airy open plan contemporary detached property with enclosed garden. Limetree offers a modern space with open plan double height lounge area adjacent to the kitchen/dining area. Please note the new house across from Limetree impacts on the view from the downstairs. The building works are now finished. Guest access Guests can access all of Limetree Cottage and garden including parking next to property. Other things to note Limetree is a contemporary property with open plan living, kitchen and dining room with sliding doors out to the decking area and enclosed garden. Limetree has two bedrooms; one upstairs double with a large bathroom next door (no shower). Downstairs there is a twin bedroom with large shower room next door. We are happy to accept pets; there is a fee of £3 per night per dog for short breaks or £20 per week per dog for weekly breaks.
