Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Apartment 1 offers connoisseurs and outdoor enthusiasts plenty of space and interesting options. The highlight – in addition to the panoramic view: your own small sandy beach in the garden with a large sail roof as sun protection. The space New and modernly furnished 36 sqm ground floor apartment for private use for up to 2 adults (at least 16 years old). 33 sqm meadow and sand area, lawn terrace incl. terrace furniture and lake view. Price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning. Kitchen with cooking and refrigeration, coffee machines, kettle, microwave/small oven, TV. Modern bathroom with large shower. Guest access Guests have sole access to the apartment, including the large garden area. Other things to note Minimum age of the second person traveling: 16 years (child-free adult accommodation).
