Large, comfortable self-contained apartment within owner's home. The apartment has separate and private living accommodation sleeping 4 in 2 twin bedrooms. It has its own kitchen, large living room and shower/bathroom. It is accessed by stairs- not recommended for the young or elderly. The apartment has fast fibre WIFI, off road parking for 1/2 cars. It's a 10 mins walk to the train station with direct regular transit to London Victoria (I hr.) Well-behaved pets & owners welcome. No smoking. The space Please note that house-owners have a border collie who loves to play and is very friendly. Check in times are set but can be flexible if checked with owner. Check out is 12 pm but again can be flexible if agreed with owner. The flat has a very generous living space with good views over the back garden and beyond. Pets are not allowed to be left in the property without owners at any time. Guest access Access to the apartment is through the hosts' kitchen door, however, it is a separate entrance to the apartment. The apartment is in a great location for Gatwick Airport, Brighton and the South Coast. London is an hours train ride - please look at timetables to consider if this is suitable for you. It is local by car to Hever Castle & Chartwell House as well as and easy access to M25 for Bluewater and Canterbury - 45 mins drive. It is within walking distance to the races. The village is surrounded by golf courses, leisure centres, and the Steam train - Bluebell Line 15 mins by car or train. Other things to note Easy dog walking access to Jenner’s field where there are swings. Walking the South or North Downs is in easy reach (Views of the North Downs from the house) and the Tudor Trail , Penshurst Place for Point to Point & Westerham Brewery are 25- 40 mins away by car.
