Camp Lot 1 is LOVED by all. When you arrive, your stress will immediately lift. Lot includes shaded gravel pad able to accommodate 48' unit. There is a shared riverside deck. River access areas for floating, swimming, fishing. 650' of river bank is yours during your stay. Fresh, clean open-air shower house. Fire ring & table/chairs provided. 30A service. Kayak & Tube Float excursions for a nominal fee. The space RIVERFRONT LOT 1 is shaded by the largest Hickory tree we have ever seen, easy access to shared deck for fishing, sipping coffee, reading a book, bird watching or star gazing. 30A electric, water tanks filled FREE upon arrival, clean/new shower house & toiletries provided. Dump available for $10. All you have to do is come and have FUN! Guest access Shared deck, 650' of river front access, nature trail, grassy area for lawn games, river ramp for kayak launch Other things to note Fishing is AMAZING, we have kayaks & tubes for rent while staying here that are such fun for river floating. Please park your auto on your pad or up top in front of building. Add'l autos and/or boat trailers $10 a day parking fee. Pls limit site to up to 4 adults & 2 children and up to 2 well-behaved/leashed dogs are welcome
