In our large, bright first-floor apartment you will stay in the countryside in the middle of a large, wonderfully overgrown natural property. Here you can take a vacation - AND work - in a separate, modern office. The 120 m² apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential development, surrounded by green gardens and old trees. You don't have parking problems here. Within walking distance, you will find all the necessities of daily use. There is a good bus and transport connection. The space Especially the spacious living room is flooded with light through the large windows. It is tastefully decorated and has access to a large terrace with a sun awning. Both the large dining table and the HUGE COUCH invite you to sit together comfortably. The 4K smart TV and the ELECTRIC FIREPLACE enhance the cozy evenings. The view from the large windows is wonderful as you are surrounded by beautiful greenery. HOME OFFICE: Next to the living room is a spacious office with a large desk and a comfortable office chair. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The original bistro kitchen is lovingly furnished in a retro style and fully equipped with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, built-in stove with ceramic hob, oven and grill and modern head-free exhaust hood. Of course, everything else you need in a kitchen is also available (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, ...). The large hallway has a beautiful arched passage to the rear area and is equipped with spacious closets. The bathroom is completely modernly tiled and has a large daylight window. In addition to a toilet and tub, it offers a separate, glazed shower and a large towel dryer and is equipped with modern bathroom furniture. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet with sink and daylight window. The other 3 rooms also have large windows, and are comfortably and cozily furnished. One of the rooms is equipped with a large double bed 180 × 200. Rooms 2 and 3 each have A DESK and a comfortable sofa bed, queen size (160 x 190 when pulled out) with a bed box, on which you can also lie comfortably as a couple. All rooms can be completely darkened by shutters if necessary. For your bicycles, you can use the large shed with covered bicycle parking. The house has its own internal water treatment system. The drinking water is of the highest quality with an optimal pH value. This makes tea and coffee taste better, hair and skin feel soft and comfortable after washing, and all surfaces are protected from limescale. You'll need less laundry and cleaning supplies. The magnificent old cherry tree is illuminated at night - this is a very special, wonderful atmosphere to sit under with tea or wine. :) The amenities also include an electric grill, which you are welcome to use on the terrace. It's best to talk to me beforehand - then I'll give you an extra grill table. NEW: In the garden there is a rustic, cozy outdoor kitchen. Equipped with a pad coffee machine and kettle, ceramic hob, air fryer, an electric With a barbecue and a pizza oven, you can prepare and enjoy delicious dishes outdoors. Sufficient dishes, pots, pans, glasses and spices can also be found in the sideboard and coffee cabinet. You can also wash the dishes by hand at a nostalgic sink. Here you can sit comfortably, drink coffee and tea and prepare a delicious soup, a great vegetable pan, a crispy pizza or delicious steaks. You can book the chill outdoor kitchen from May to October for €50/day. NEW is the wonderful tea house in nostalgic design. It is furnished quite classy and original in the neo-Barock style. An el. fireplace completes the unique ambience. Here you can make coffee and tea, chat comfortably with a glass of wine, and spend atmospheric hours or spend an exciting game afternoon. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. You can book the unique tea house. - Use of the outdoor kitchen €50/day (May-October). The outdoor kitchen is currently still being completed. -Teahhouse use €45.00/day A high chair and a cot are not part of the basic equipment of my apartment. Please ask if you need a high chair/crib. I will provide the high chair free of charge. I will gladly provide you with a complete cot (wooden crib) with mattress, pillow, blanket and bed linen for an extra charge of €25.
