The space 65C, There's 3 bedrooms Upstairs - A spacious lovely double ensuite with a fridge freezer in room. And 2 Single rooms and a family bathroom. Guest access Downstairs - an entire fully equipped kitchen diner with washing machine and tumble dryer for guests use. All day hot and cold beverage; Snacks ( ramen, instant pasta, cuppa soup, cereal bars, biscuits and bread rolls) provided. During your stay I live next door at 63 in a separate self contained apartment so I'm never too far away but guests have complete privacy. If the guests know they will arrive later then 8pm then we could leave the keys in the key safe box on the right of the porch. Other things to note This is a shared Airbnb house so I ask that all guests to keep the noise level down after 10pm, if you use the kitchen please keep it clean after your use and making sure that your own room door and the front door is always securely locked and windows are secured when leaving the house.
