Arundel ensuite room near the sea(6km)

My place is close to parks, restaurants and dining, art,great views,beach 6km away,historical town centre Arundel with amazing castle 10/12 mins walk away. Portsmouth( 30 minute drive away) and Brighton( 40 mins away) and London ( 90 minutes by car & train) Peaceful & close to villages,beaches eg one of the best in the UK: West Wittering, chichester,Worthing,Littlehampton,Goodwood. Airy light home, comfy memory beds.Good for couples, solo adventurers,business travellers and parent & child. The space Cosy,ensuite Small double room(made into 2 single beds)memory foam beds,2 single beds or single room in family home which is a bright airy,open,spacious house .The wardrobe will have some of our items in it and you will have space in to hang clothes and put bags in etc. oak wood underfloor heated house in the winter.Table Tennis( outdoor) available to play. Guest access You may access the hall, your room,the kitchen area for coffe/tea/water etc and the outside area with garden table.If there are any bikes available you may use them to hop into Arundel providing you lock them up and look after them! During your stay I will be available on my phone & email( depending on access to wifi) and will be in and out of the house for any questions. Other things to note We have 4 teenagers aged between 15 & 20, so we can be a busy & at times slightly noisy household! ( all our reviews have been happy up to now!) You may put food/breakfast in our fridge for your convenience. We have 4 cats 🐱 .
