The interior of the house offers spaciousness and comfort. Excessive light can be blocked by blackout curtains on both the lower and upper floors, the house is cooled or heated by air conditioning if necessary. We are located on a hectare of property that has been pruned with grass. Oaks and pines grow in the yard. There is a playground for children with swings, a slide and a trampoline. Everything is close, 50m away there is a small lake where you can swim, 5 minutes walk away is the beautiful Mändjala beach.
