Parks, Richmond, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, nearby. The flat has a brand new kitchenette, bathroom and oak floor. New heating has been installed and a hotel style bed and linen will mean that you'll be super comfortable. It’s part of our house but has its own keypad operated door. The space A comfortable and clean flat in an excellent area with everything you need for your stay. - A fully equipped kitchen, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, sink, hob and oven. - Free WiFi - Double Bedroom with King Size bed and velvet sofa. - Large TV with Netflix. - Two bedside tables with socket and USB charging points. - Shower room with heated floor, towel rail, heated mirror with light and storage. Guest access The flat is part of our house but has its own front door with keyless access, so no hassle with having to remember keys. All guests are given a unique code for a keypad that works just for them. All codes expire after each guest's stay. This means that guests can arrive late and let themselves in. There is also an interior door after the porch that can be locked. Other things to note The kitchen will have a few basics in it - tea, coffee, as well as oils, salt pepper and other cooking essentials. It is well stocked with all the pots and pans you might need to cook. If you are staying longer our prices lower considerably. At the beginning of your stay we will provide enough toilet paper, tea, coffee, sheets and towels for at least a week. After that you are responsible for your own washing and for providing anything else - much as if you were renting the flat. A washer/dryer is provided for your convenience, or you can use a local launderette. If you want the flat cleaned during your stay we provide a hoover plus all the cleaning materials you need, or please ask us about a local cleaner and we can book them at your convenience.
