Room&private shower, near station

My house lies in a beautiful street, at just a 4 min walk from the station and 10 min to the city center. Located in the 'Green Heart' of the Netherlands Alphen in a perfect place to plan trips to different cities and enjoy the Dutch sceneries. The space The house is spacious, and located in a beautiful and quiet street. The room, shower and washbasin are on the second floor, which is entirely available for you. Toilets are on the ground & first floor. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and if desired there is also an extra bed just outside the room. Guest access Next to my house I have my own practice, with it's own entrance and toilet, where I work with my students during the day. During your stay I am around most of the time, especially during the week, as I work from home. Between students I am available for questions, and of course for urgent matters I am just a knock on the door away.
