The bike paths are 400 m from the house and serve the entire island. Ideal central location for visiting the island. The space The house has a patio enclosed by dry stone walls, which allows you to dine outside. This small courtyard is equipped with a sofa and armchairs inviting you to nap, read or have an aperitif! There is no garage or secure parking but the car can be parked on the street in front of the house. There is an unsecured and free public parking lot 500 meters away, Place de la Mairie. It's best to forget about your car and use a bike. Bike paths lead to the beach (3 km), forest or marsh and shops are 300 m away, including Intermarché. Used bikes are available for free. In July and August, there are free shuttles throughout the island. Bedrooms, toilet, bathroom are upstairs, which allows you to isolate and rest. The 2 bedrooms are spacious. The house is yours. You won't share it with anyone. There are no neighbors opposite. It is possible to reach La Rochelle by boat from Boyardville, thanks to regular crossings. Other things to note In high season, renting is preferably from Saturday to Saturday. A seasonal furnished rental lease as well as an inventory of fixtures and furniture will be carried out and signed with the tenant.
