Les Mignauds is an old farmhouse dating back to 1800, composed of a renovated traditional house, a fully furnished barn and rehabilitated pigsty. At Les Mignauds, everything is done to spend an unforgettable stay: a large swimming pool and pool house, a shady garden, a terrace, a real library, a pool table... The space The house is made up of: - a large living/dining room with village stone castle fireplace, a large farmhouse table sleeping 14 people, 2 sofas including 2 convertible into a bed - a traditional equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, gas hobs, microwave, etc.) with heathered dishware - a large main bedroom with a real library/dressing room, exposed stone walls (composed of the stones of the castle from the neighboring village), 160 bed - 2 bedrooms with a 140 bed, French door, dressing room and mirror - 1 bedroom with 90 twin beds, dressing room and mirror - 1 outbuilding composed of one bedroom with 140 bed and ensuite bathroom and toilet, overlooking the pool - a shower room - a large 50m2 games room with an approved pool table, a TV corner, a desk, a hifi channel and a sofa bed - a covered bolet (balcony/terrace) typical of Périgord with table and chairs - a cellar with extra fridge and freezer - parking spots, gate - 3 independent toilets - a furnished terrace with a large garden table - the pool with its pool house, sun loungers, garden furniture and a table - a ping pong table, petanque balls, balls, rackets... - a terrace at the front of the house with table and chair - a wooded garden Guest access Entire home, private pool and garden pool and parking available parking Other things to note **For the July/August period, minimum stay is 7 nights with check-in/checkout on Saturdays only.** Linens (sheets + towels) are optional: 15€ per room for a we / 15€ per person for a week. It is also possible for tenants to bring their own linen at no extra cost. From October 1 to May 31, a meter reading will be done at the beginning and end of the stay via the Linky connected meter. The electricity (necessary for heating) will be charged back to the tenants on the basis of the readings of the Linky meter (price of the kWh price of the base option). The house is also equipped with a pellet stove, a wood stove and a fireplace. We offer, as an option, granules. The wood is free. Only the first bag of pellet is offered, we charge the additional bags at the purchase price (between 6 and 10 euros depending on the market). From October 1st to April 30th, the pool will no longer be accessible due to wintering (provided that the water is at least 15°C, if not the electrolyser cannot work). At the departure of tenants, a minimum cleaning is required (vacuum cleaner, cleaned and tidy dishes, unmade beds, replaced furniture..etc.). Particular attention is required on cleaning the oven, fridge, barbecue, fireplace and stoves. These must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival. If this is not the case, cleaning will be charged extra up to 20€/h. New: A home chef can prepare you and serve you a meal or prepare dishes to reheat, contact on request.
